About WashingThe hair is prone to dryness but its moisture retention is high. It’s IMPORTANT to use sulfate-free shampoo which contains jojoba oil or tee tree oil. Please apply conditioner to the hair. Comb gently through the hair extensions after the conditioner has been applied. Wash the conditioner out using cold water. This will seal in the hair color and make the hair shiny. Lift the hair with hand to keep the wave. Put the hair horizontally and dry it naturally. |
About DyingThe hair can be dyed into darker color. Please always take ONE piece for testing before dying all the hair. We do not suggest dying or bleaching as it will damage the lifetime of the hair. Before you are ready to dye the hair，please remove the oily protective material applied on hair when manufacturing. Prepare warm water with temperature 30-40 degree, wash the hair with detergent two or three times, then clean the hair with clean water. * It is not recommended to dye the hair of color 613/60/70. The hair of color 613/60/70 is produced by bleaching instead of dying in the process of manufacture. The hair is easy to break when dying again. |
About BleachingDyed hair cannot be bleached. Only natural hair can be bleached. This hair can be bleached to dark blonde #27. Process:prepare bleach chemical.which should be made with bleach powder and emulsion according to proportion. Wet the hair and put the bleach chemical on it Evenly. Then the color of hair will change and become light from black to dark brown to dark red to dark,Yellow to media Yellow.When bleaching.if the color meet you want,you need stop bleaching and wash the hair immediately.If the color can not get lighter after a little change. The reason should be the chemical is not enough for bleaching. |

Q1: How can I distinguish the human hair from synthetic hair? --The easiest way is to do burning test. Human hair burn out quickly and become ashes. Synthetic hair burns become a twisted ball with a plastic smell. Q2: Can I restyle the hair? --Yes. If you use the heat tool on the hair, please control the temperature under 180 Celsius degree. But we do not recommend restyling the hair since the high heat can loosen the beautiful curl pattern we created.
Q3: How many sets will make one full head? --If you hair is thin, 1 set is enough for a full head. If your hair is kind of thick, 2 sets or more are suggested.
Q4: Why I find some grey hair in the hair extensions? --There may be several grey hair(or red hair) in the raw hair, which would not draw the color when dying. Please just pick it out. If you find a plastic wire in the hair, don't worry for it works as a sign in the process.
Q5: How to deal with the tangled? --If it is not too frizzy. You can straighten it by straighter after combing and detangling the hair. Cut the tangled hair if necessary. If it is seriously frizzy. You can wash hair with shampoo and conditioner. It is recommended keeping the hair into the water with conditioner for about five minutes when you are washing. Our hair extension is made with 8 pieces. Try to separate the hair into single piece. If there is serious tangling and you cannot separate them. Then let it be.
Q6: Why the hair get thinner from top to end? --in order to make the hair look like real human hair, the top of hair is thicker than the hair tail. Besides, the hair tail is not easy to get tangled in this state.
