Q: Why does only one earbud work?
A:1) If you just receive the earbuds, please don't open the bluetooth of mobile phone to connect firstly.
We need to put earbuds inside the charging case to let them pair with each other. Otherwise, it will be only one earbud connects to your mobile.
2) If only one earbud does not work during use, It maybe the twin earbuds have not paired with each other. This time we can try to reset it.
Q: It can connect to my phone but can’t connect to my iPad.
A: Each time you use your earbuds, it will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device.
Please confirm whether the headset is connected to your phone.
If the headphones is connected to your phone, please:
1)Turn off the bluetooth of your phones or disconnect the headphones on this device.
2)then turn on the bluetooth of your iPad, and it(X10) will appear on your iPad.
