Daily walks with mah dog, usually about a mile. Then HIIT or Pilates every other day. And also interchanging focus on legs, arms, glutes, whatever I feel like. I don’t go to a gym

-also I wanna get back into biking. I used to bike everywhereeee in college. I’d prob get like 5 or more miles in a day lol. But since graduating a few months ago, I’ve stopped 😔✌️ Edit: but where I live now is not really walkable or bikeable, sadly.
